Notice: USPS shipping rate has increased and that will be reflected on the flat rate orders.


We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, and regular account payments all through an SSL secured third-party via Paypal.

PayPal is a reliably safe and secure way of shopping online. Our shop does not view or store payment information. You do not need to have a PayPal account to checkout. Just click the option payPay option and will process your form of credit/debit payment.

Discount/Codes: Savings will be reflected in your cart.

All prices are shown in US $ currency. We currently ship outside of the United States territories and Canada.

9/1/2020: USPS is temporarily increasing rates for the holiday season.

Due to the higher cost of the coronavirus pandemic and record-breaking shipping volume USPS temporarily raising the rates for all domestic services from October 18th to December 21st.

All orders are processed Monday - Friday.

Please allow 3-7 standard business days to process all handmade orders. Once completed, all items will be shipped within 2-3 standard business days via USPS.

Holiday Shipping:

 USPS is recommending that orders be placed by December 15 to arrive by Dec 25th. Priority shipping is recommended.

We do not ship on US Federal Holidays.

There will be a min. shipping rate of 4.00 added to all US orders unless specified by an active promotion. 

Expedited processing & shipping available upon checkout. US USPS Priority mail 1-3 business days.

All orders are tracked.

NOTE: It is the buyers responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Be sure to double check your shipping address before confirming. Spoon & Theory will not be responsible for delayed or missing packages due to inaccurate mailing addresses. 


ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products being handmade and in terms of health and safety reasons during this pandemic.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 - 48 hrs with photo documentation and detailed description of the damaged item. 

You must contact us. We may request a return of the item(s) within 7 business days of receiving the "damaged item return/exchange confirmation" to process a resolution.  Item(s) must be in new, unworn condition and in its original packaging.

NOTE: A damage return/exchange does not include shipping, unless noted otherwise in the resolution status. After 7 business days of receiving confirmation, exchanges are no longer available. 


To keep your jewelry looking its best, please avoid direct contact with perfumes, water, lotions/oils, hairsprays, make up, chlorine, and chemicals. Such products may cause discoloration, or damage.

While your wood jewelry is water resistant, do not submerge in water. If it does get wet, immediately blot dry with a cloth. 

All leather must be stored in a dry place.
